Once a customer receives damaged or defective goods, please take photos and send them to us immediately. We will promptly address the issue and provide the customer with a satisfactory compensation solution.

What's the deposit ratio of order?

We collect a 30% deposit for orders, then charge the remaining balance before shipment.

How long does it take for sampling?

Charges apply according to the specific customer's sampling requirements:<br/> First one, blank sample is free.<br/> Second one, colored sample can be free in some cases.<br/> Third, boxes with special process surface treatment must be quoted according to customer needs.
